HI! My name is Jay! I am excited to be working with the foundation traveling the state working within local communities to educate youth about agriculture through different programs and the Georgia Ag. Experience. I love all things agriculture and sharing this passion with others! I received my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Georgia. I currently live on my family’s dairy farm in Morgan county and continue to promote our work in the community.

TAYLOR CASPER

My name is Taylor – looking forward to meeting you when I am out teaching students with the Georgia Ag Experience mobile classroom. I received my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Georgia and I am continuing my education by obtaining my Master’s of Agriculture and Environmental Education. I became invested in Georgia agriculture at a young age—I was an active member in the National FFA organization, raised swine and continue to mentor students who are raising their own.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OUR CORE VALUES

EMPOWERMENT

We aim to equip students, teachers and farmers with the power of knowledge to understand their role and achieve success in agriculture.

AUTHENTICITY

To embody honesty, transparency, openness and accountability, we value the importance of truth in everything we do. We aim to tell an authentic story of agriculture through our education of students, teachers, and donors. We embrace the diversity of agriculture but only share information that is real, genuine and true.

STEWARDSHIP

Just as farmers are stewards of the land, we aim to always be good stewards of the resources we manage. Our staff and board will govern the organization with strict care and distribute resources with the purpose of advancing our mission.

INNOVATION

Agriculture is constantly evolving and our approach to education is a process. We strive to continuously improve and develop creative solutions to the problems we aim to solve.

COLLABORATION

By working together with all stakeholders, we challenge each other to achieve¬ what may not be possible alone. We aim to bring a collaborative spirit and strategy to our work to achieve the highest level of excellence.
