GROW Program Area

Deepening higher education experiences for high school, college and veterinary medicine students through an ongoing scholarship program.

Program Overview

GROW is how we invest in the next generation of agricultural leaders. This program supports students pursuing higher education in agriculture through scholarships, mentorship, and leadership development.

From high school seniors just beginning their journey to college students deepening their expertise, GROW helps young people turn their passion for agriculture into lifelong careers — as farmers, educators, veterinarians, entrepreneurs, and more. We meet them where they are and walk with them toward the future they’re building.

By removing barriers and opening doors, GROW helps students see what’s possible — and take the steps to get there.

Scholarships

for Every Stage

Opening doors to higher education in agriculture

We award scholarships annually to high school seniors, college juniors and seniors, technical students, and veterinary students across Georgia, helping relieve financial burdens and encourage academic and career success in agriculture. Scholarship open every year in October/November and are due March 1.

Growing a Statewide Network

Fostering lifelong connections in Georgia ag

With each new class of recipients, we’re building a powerful community of future ag professionals across the state — many of whom return to mentor, volunteer, or give back to the next generation.

Why It Matters

Georgia’s most valuable resource isn’t a crop — it’s the people who grow it, research it, protect it, and tell its story. But too often, young people with a passion for agriculture don’t have the support to pursue it.

GROW changes that. Every scholarship we give is a message: You belong in this field. And every student we support helps ensure Georgia agriculture thrives for generations to come.

How You Can Help

Your support makes their future possible.

  • Donate to expand scholarship opportunities

  • Mentor or provide internships to students exploring ag careers

  • Spread the word so more students and families know what’s available
