GFB DAY AT THE BRAVES

Gather together for friends, fellowship and some good ole fashioned baseball! We look forward to cheering on the Braves with 1,000+ of our closest Georgia Farm Bureau friends & family. We will all sit together to show our support for Georgia agriculture. Show your pride by wearing a "GFB Day at the Braves" t-shirt!

GFB SPRING SHOOTOUT

Location: Cherokee Rose In Griffin, GA
Registration Period: April - May

Join us for a day of fun, competition, and charitable giving at the annual GFB Spring Shootout! Who doesn't love some friendly competition, supporting a good cause, and enjoying the great outdoors? This event has it all seamlessly brought together for an unforgettable experience that you won't want to miss. Whether you're a colleague looking to get out of the office, a family wanting to create memories in the fresh air, or a group of friends catching up, the Spring Shootout is the perfect occasion. Represent your county, district, or commodity with your team name, and take part in a range of outdoor activities. Cash prizes for the top teams! Be sure to mark your calendars.

PICNIC ON THE FARM
Month: Typically in September/October
Location: Rotating across the state
Registration Period: August - Early September

Each fall, the Georgia Foundation for Agriculture hosts Picnic on the Farm, a signature event celebrating one of Georgia’s many thriving agricultural commodities. Set against the backdrop of some of the state’s most scenic farms, this one-of-a-kind experience invites guests to slow down, spread out, and enjoy time together in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Attendees enjoy a relaxed, pop-up picnic atmosphere with thoughtfully prepared food and beverages, live music, farm tours, lawn games, and family-friendly activities. Picnic experiences and offerings vary each year, creating something new and memorable every time, while still capturing the heart of what makes this event special.

Whether you’re planning a family outing, a date day, client experience, or a fun girls’ trip, Picnic on the Farm offers a meaningful way to celebrate farming, food, and community.

CHRISTMAS ON THE FARM BINGO
@ GFB ANNUAL CONVENTION

Month: Early December
Location: Jekyll Island, GA
Registration Period: November - Early December

Join us during Georgia Farm Bureau's Annual Convention for Christmas on the Farm Bingo!! 

 

At the event, guests will receive 10 bingo cards per ticket. Greta Collins of Colquitt County and John Holcomb of the Farm Monitor, will be emceeing the event!

 

Guests will enjoy up to 10 rounds of bingo, door prizes, a raffle, music, Christmas goodies, and a pop-up shop visit from Jekyll Island women's clothing boutique Brittney's Closet.
