The Georgia Foundation for Agriculture is a 501c3 non profit organization. We are developing a pipeline for Georgia’s next generation of farmers and agricultural leaders. HISTORY OF OUR ORGANIZATION
Founded by Georgia Farm Bureau in 2014 as the Georgia Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture, our organization began with a single goal: advance Georgia agriculture and build healthier communities. As our work and vision grew, we adopted a new name—the Georgia Foundation for Agriculture—and a broader mission: invest in the next generation of agricultural leaders through a robust pipeline of education, career, and producer‑support programs. Backed by Georgia Farm Bureau’s 158 county offices, we reach every corner of the state, multiplying our impact and ensuring Georgia’s farming future remains strong.
Why OUR WORK Matters
From classroom to combine, the Georgia Foundation for Agriculture secures the state’s No. 1 industry. We inspire kids with ag‑STEM and the Georgia Ag Experience (SEED), launch students into careers through scholarships and apprenticeships (GROW), and equip producers with business and wellness tools (HARVEST).
Powered by Georgia Farm Bureau’s 158 county offices, these programs reach every corner of the state—multiplying impact and keeping Georgia agriculture strong.
